Welcome to Education Solutions. Before using the Application/website, you must read these Terms & Conditions. By using Education Solutions'
services, you agree to be bound by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS listed below.
Definitions
The term “Education Solutions” or ‘us’ or ‘We’ refers to the company. The Education Solutions is a trading division of Brand IR Technologies Pvt limited.
The Service
The Service is made available "as is" and "as available." We do not assure that the Services will be free of defects or errors.
This Application/website contains material that is owned by or licensed to the owner. The design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics are examples of this material. Except as provided in the copyright notice that is included in these terms and conditions, reproduction is forbidden.
All trademarks reproduced in this Application/website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.
All material produced by the owner of the site is subject to copyright unless prior permission has been granted by the owner to have such material reproduced elsewhere.
This webpage contains hyperlinks to other applications and websites. These links have been given for your convenience to provide you with further information. They don't imply that we approve of the application or website. The content of the connected Application/website is not under our control.
Academic and Quran teachers
- There is no Registration fee for signing up.
- Account will be suspended if the Teacher quits the assignment twice without notice. If a teacher does not want to be tagged an assignment, he should be Inactive in Disclaimerhis/her Account otherwise updating upon every tagged assignment is compulsory.
User (Tutor) Profiles
Profiles are kept active on the Application until the user inactive/deletes their account from their dashboard or requests it to be withdrawn. Profiles may be changed or modified at any time via the user's dashboard.
All profiles must state the rates that the tutor charges. The rates tutors charge are expected to be fair to customers and based on experience (inexperienced tutors charge less than experienced tutors). As such, tutors may not state in their adverts that their rates are negotiable.
Any tutoring methods or opinions expressed on adverts are the tutor's own and not the Application/website.
All tutors who receive a request for contact details from a tutee will be subjected to receive a rating and feedback request from the tutee. Tutors will have the opportunity to respond to ratings and feedback on their public profiles.
User (Tutee) Profiles.
All tutees will have an active (but not public) profile on the Application. Profiles will remain active until deleted by the user or requested to be withdrawn.
Tutees are expected to abide by the communication rules on the internal messaging system and are not permitted to request a tutor's contact details in any other form, other than through the 'Request Contact Details' button. All contact requests cost and will be paid directly to The Tutor Website.
Tutees are expected to be fair in their ratings and feedback of tutors. Tutors will have the opportunity to respond to all ratings and feedback. The Education Solutions retain the right to remove any ratings or feedback that it deems unreasonable after inquiries have been carried out.
Your Obligations
You agree to use The Education Solutions or the Services under all relevant laws and not for any illegal purpose.
You agree not to use The Education Solutions or the Services to post any unlawful material, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, defamatory, offensive, or of an obscene or menacing character, or in such a way as to cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety.
You agree not to use our services to create mailing lists or for any advertising and marketing purposes.
You agree that if you have any right, claim, or action against any user arising out of the use of The Education Solutions or the Services, then you will pursue such right, claim or action independently and without recourse to the owner.
You must inform the owner of the site of any criminal convictions or cautions you receive that limit your capacity to advertise your services on this site.
Your advert will be withdrawn from the site if you become disqualified from being a teacher or other employee in any school or become aware of any legal reason why you may not work with children or advertise on this site.
Academies/institutions
On a premium, non-refundable basis, you will be provided with a web portal for managing your academy/institution, including changing your academy institution profile, creating a class calendar, and accessing students/parents in locations. Following are the plans that you can avail yourself for your academy/institution:
- Select a Bi-Annual or Annual premium plan.
- Select premium plans from Normal, Normal Extended, Golden, Diamond, Diamond Extended.
- Normal plan 01, Academy/Institution, and 03 Categories can be managed.
- Normal Extended plan 01 Academy/Institution and 04 Categories can be managed.
- Golden plan 02 Academies/institution and 04 Categories can be managed.
- Diamond plan 03 Academies/institution and 04 Categories can be managed.
- Diamond Extended plan 04 Academies/institutions and 04 Categories can be managed. To manage more than 04 Academies/institutions, Extra charges will be applicable for each Academy
- Job portal is available in all above-mentioned plans except the Normal plan.
- The premium plan will be non-refundable after accessibility of Dashboard.

- Normal Extended plan 01 School/College and 04 Categories can be managed.
- Golden plan 02 Schools/Colleges and 04 Categories can be managed.
- Diamond plan 03 Schools/Colleges and 04 Categories can be managed.
- Diamond Extended plan 04 Schools/Colleges and 04 Categories can be managed. To manage more than 04 Schools/Colleges, Extra charges will be applicable for each School/College.
- Job portal is available in all above-mentioned plans except the Normal plan.
- Premium plan will be non-refundable after accessibility of Dashboard.

Bookstores
You will be provided a web portal for the management of your bookstore for updating your bookstore profile on premium bases, which is non-refundable

- Normal plan, 01 Bookstore, and 10 Categories can be managed.
- Normal Extended plan 01 Bookstore and 20 Categories can be managed.
- Golden plan, 02 Bookstores, and 20 Categories can be managed.
- Diamond plan, 03 Bookstores, and 20 Categories can be managed.
- Diamond Extended plan 04 Bookstores and 20 Categories can be managed. To manage more than 04 Bookstores, Extra charges will be applicable for each Bookstore.
- The premium plan will be non-refundable after accessibility of Dashboard.

- Premium plan will be non-refundable after accessibility of Dashboard.

Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, concerning The Education Solutions or the Services, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, accuracy, satisfactory quality, and/or fitness for a particular purpose.
We make no warranty that The Education Solutions or the Services will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
No warranty is given by the owner as to the results that may be obtained, or the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through The Education Solutions or the Services.
You expressly agree that the use by you of The Education Solutions and the Services is at your sole risk.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from The Education Solutions or through the Services shall create or be deemed to create any warranty not expressly made herein.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that except for death and personal injury arising from my negligence, the owner of this site shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with this contract, including, without limitation, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, wasted expense, financial loss, any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, or any other pecuniary loss (even where I have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage).
You agree that the owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use by you, or your inability to use, The Education Solutions or the Services, or for the cost of procuring substitute goods and/or services. Such exclusions shall include damages for loss of data or other intangible assets.
You agree not to hold the owner of this site liable for any loss or damage incurred because of any dealings you may have with others via the Services.
Registration
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering as a user of The Education Solutions to notify the owner immediately of any changes to your details and generally maintain this information as required to keep it current, complete, and accurate.
Your email address must be valid.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
Education Solutions reserves the right to terminate your right to use the services of any user information that is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, or for any other reason.
Your Data
The Education Solutions comply with the relevant and current Pakistan Data Protection laws. Any personal details you provide will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent unless required to do so by law. Furthermore, I will not normally edit or disclose the contents of your private communications unless required to do so by law.
If I am requested by the police or government authority to provide information concerning your activities whilst using this site, I shall do so. Similarly, I will disclose your data if I am compelled to do so to protect and defend my rights or property; or the rights or property or to protect the personal safety of other users of The Education Solutions or the public.
Owner Rights
The owner of this site reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, The Education Solutions or the Services with or without notice to you. By using this site, you confirm that the owner shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or discontinuance of The Education Solutions or the Services.
No Waiver

Choice of Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Scottish law, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
Interpretation
The headings contained in these Terms and Conditions are solely used for the convenience of the parties have no legal or contractual significance and shall not affect its interpretation.
Assignment
The owner reserves the right to assign, subcontract or otherwise deal with all or any of his rights and obligations in these Terms and Conditions to any third party without prior notice to you.
